Exchanges and Refunds

We hope your diamond or jewelry purchase has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return your item within 30 days.
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all diamonds and jewelry. Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, (unless engraved incorrectly by Canadian Diamonds Wholesale), or altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation, as specified below.
Exchanges and refunds are simple. You can return your diamond or jewelry item within 30 days of shipment from Canadian Diamonds Wholesale, to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange, we will issue you credit for the price of the item. You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us. In the event of notification that the item is ready for pick up or shipping and shipment/pick up is postponed by customer, the 30 day return policy applies from the notification date.
Canadian Diamonds Wholesale merchandise is very valuable and requires that we take special precautions in shipment. To return a diamond or jewelry item to Canadian Diamonds Wholesale, simply call Canadian Diamonds Wholesale customer service at 1-800-723-2841 with your contact information so that we can prepare for your items return. We will email you complete detailed instructions from there.
We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. If you request a refund, your account will be credited within three days of this notification. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender.)
